Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. During new collection launches, pre-orders, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 for domestic orders within the United States.

Shipping rates are subject to change and will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has been shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased during a pre-order period will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available to ship unless otherwise noted.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Unapologetically Prepared is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Unapologetically Prepared is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us at nowuprepared@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
